Incidents
Last updated:
Public incident log for Veripsa Core (the GitHub App) and the Veripsa platform (this site). The reporter-facing process — how to reach us, how we communicate during an incident, and our customer-notification stance — lives on the Trust Center (Section 6).
What goes here, and what does not
We publish incident notes for material service incidents. We describe what happened in structural terms and we do not echo source code or repository contents. That mirrors the Trust Center incident-process commitment.
Routine deploys, dependency updates, and short health-check blips that did not affect customer service are not listed here; that's what the live status page is for.
Reported incidents
No customer-impacting incidents have been recorded yet. When one occurs, the incident note will be published here.
