Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Service
Veripsa Core is an advisory GitHub App that warns about likely cross-PR collisions before merge. It posts a check automatically, plus a managed PR comment when coordination or acknowledgement is needed. A material collision may pause for acknowledgement; normal advisory use requires no acknowledgement, while an optional GitHub label can record a deliberate override. It never hard-blocks a merge by itself and never modifies your code; your branch-protection settings decide what, if anything, gates a merge.
2. No warranty of correctness
Veripsa Core surfaces structural signals and advisories. It does notguarantee that it detects every collision, that flagged collisions are real conflicts, or that your code is correct. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties.
3. Content-free
Veripsa Core is content-free: it does not store, retain, or transmit your file contents (it reads files transiently during processing, then discards their contents — see the Privacy Policy).
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service — for example, attempts to exceed fair-use rate limits, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
5. Plans & billing
Veripsa Core is free while in early access, with fair-use limits that protect the shared service. There is no active checkout, payment step, or paid subscription in the current product flow. Future paid plans are expected to launch through GitHub Marketplace; those plans are not implemented yet. Current fair-use limits are described on Free access. Future paid-plan cancellation and refund terms will be published before those plans are available.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veripsa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any merge, conflict, or code outcome. Because Veripsa Core is advisory and never hard-blocks merges, you remain responsible for your merge decisions.
7. Changes & termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. You may uninstall at any time.
Operating entity
Veripsa is operated by the GetVeripsa organization. The active launch path is GitHub App install first, free during early access. Future paid plans are expected to use GitHub Marketplace billing.
